  CLINICAL EXPERIENCE(A) Performance of routine daily anaesthetic procedures in operating theatres. Management of major surgeries Difficult intubations:• Oral cancer and ENT pathologies,• Acute bleeding from pharyngeal tumours and naso pharynx,• Surgical casualties with severe facial trauma and cervical spine injuries• Elective difficult situations like neonates, young children, post radiotherapy situations• Congenital deformities, rapid sequence induction in pregnancy• One lung ventilation in thoracic surgeries Monitoring - Vigilant monitoring of patients undergoing prolonged major surgeries using non-invasive and invasive technique such as:• Introducing Central Venous Pressure lines and Intra-arterial cannulas to assess the intra-vascular volume state and blood gas and electrolyte measurements.  Giving minimal required anaesthesiaFor ASA 3 and ASA 4 patients for life saving casualty procedures Management of critical incidents Such as peri operative sudden desaturation in operating theatres(B) Routine intensive care management  Management of ventilating patients with various pathological conditions.  Immediate and late advance life support management of arrested patients. Inward pain management of post-operative patients. Pre-operative patient assessment clinics Epidural catheterization for obstetric and major surgical procedures. Teaching undergraduate medical students.• I have conducted ward classes and demonstrations of basic and advanced life support. Case presentations and academic case discussions in morbidity and mortality, and clinical meetings.(C) Working as a general physicianI have been managing a private medical institution for more than fifteen years.
