  Production Engineer Job Responsibilities: Review the effectiveness of the management of the quality system. Determine and review of quality policies and objectives of the quality system. Lead subordinate departments and control of their activities. Execute investment projects from Management / Head office. Review project developments. Decide and control personnel training in conjunction with respective managers Ensure safety of the Production Operations. Overall responsibility for Production & Plant Facility activities.  Perform daily operation in accordance to standard operation procedures. Schedule manpower to fulfil production requirements. Determination and ongoing review of related standard operation procedures.  Prevent nonconformity occurrence. Initiate corrective action (8D report) and follow up. Monitor, Maintain and control of inventory of direct and indirect materials to fulfil production requirements.  Operation and control production equipment.  Training and supervisor of Production Engineers and Technicians. Perform trouble shooting on production equipment, initiate and supervise repair works. Monitor and maintain good housekeeping. On call service for all production related matters. Designing, installing and commissioning new production plants, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting.  Makes daily operation log. Perform checks and signs on log sheets and ensure proper filing. Check and maintain scheduled preventive maintenance works. Attend to all requests and complaints from customer’s facility. Manage stock of safety PPEs, Tools, Absorbent pads.  Provide guide and training for new operators. Working closely with QA with regards to process contamination troubleshooting. Responsible for the safe operation in the production floor. Prepares statistical process control reports.

  Job Responsibilities:• Responsible for upkeep operation for Facilities and Service Section.• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E system for building.• Report to the manager in charge and perform work task assigned.• Liaise with equipment vendors, contractors and material suppliers.• Implementation and operation of appropriate maintenance and service procedures.• Supervision and monitoring of the performance of the Facilities.• Involvement in facility related projects.• Monitoring and checking site installations performed by subcontractors to ensure its adherence to the drawings and specifications.• Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes.• Planning for site work activities and perform other related ad-hoc duties as required.• Feedback and work with Production Engineer on production related equipment maintenance and servicing.
