  I created activities for kids ages 2-9 to enjoy. I fielded parents' questions, communicated with employees on day-to-day tasks, and successfully facilitated a happy work environment. I prepared administrative work like scheduling employees or helping my boss prepare for staff meetings to help workflow run smoothly. I was responsible for training employees and teaching them cleaning and closing procedures to make sure the building stayed in good condition.
