I was a senior social worker at Nexus with a case load of ten carers whom I supervised plus as a senior I was responsible for organising the training schedule for carers and staff attached to the office in Hornchurch. This also meant sourcing free training and new trainers who could deliver the required subjects I was an active team member and built good relationships with all members where we had a positive office atmosphere I was a senior social worker at Nexus with a case load of ten carers whom I supervised plus as a senior I was responsible for organising the training schedule for carers and staff attached to the office in Hornchurch.
