I worked with Katy as part of the Williams and Glyn L&D team, working closely together to adapt, evolve and deliver the new to bank W&G induction event, Hello & Welcome. Katy is very organised and resourceful which was evident when faced with logistical challenges with certain events. Her quick thinking, problem solving and 'can do' mentality being a big strength.
