I led the Demand Chain including Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Customer Service, Customer Financial Services, New Product Information Systems, EDI, VMI, and Customer Information Services. Responsible for a $43 million annual budget for a $600 million corporation with a total staff of 40. • Implemented Customer Focused Teams using Business Process Redesign (BPR) methodology. • Managed the re-engineering of advanced inventory and production planning system in five production facilities across North America. • Managed the implementation of the consensus forecasting process, including on-line integration with field sales force. Director, Demand Management 1997 to 2000 I led the supply chain ERP team to implement the PeopleSoft system (all modules) and re-engineered all business processes across Borden Foods in eleven months. Led BFC’s development, integration, and use of i2 Demand Planner forecasting software. Prior to ERP team, I was responsible for managing forecasting for Borden businesses representing $1.0 billion annual gross sales, as well as inventory planning and deployment for the U.S. Pasta business-$330 million.
