I spent three days undertaking work experience at GiftPro, under the management of Will Howard, I was able to take part in the generation of GiftPro vouchers. I gained an understanding of consumer journeys, from interest to purchasing and finally receiving the product. Whilst at GiftPro, I oversaw the management of the company's social media profiles, which included writing posts and customer engagement.
