      Having worked as Surety IT's bookkeeper since August 2008 (through Strategic Accounts) I was asked by the management of Surety IT to join their company as a staff member in December 2010. As financial controller and bookkeeper of the company I have since implemented cash flow forecasting, monthly budgets, job costing and a fortnightly financial review, reporting to the managing directors. Since enforcing a debt collection process, receivables have gone from an average of 60 days to pay back to 14 days, reducing bad debts and improving cash flow.
