As the General Manager I led the team in the Canberra office and work collaboratively with the established network of State and Territory NDSS Agents and the National Health Professional Organisation Agents to deliver the range of NDSS support services and products.

  Developed and implemented the Strategic Information Management Plan for the department. The plan provided the framework for information management across the department and throughout all stages of the lifecycle of information (collection, storage, use, release and destruction). The plan is a key component of the department's strategy to manage the privacy of the personal information of departmental customers and to support the release of anonymised data. Managed the department's responsibilities in regard to E-Health including the individual healthcare identifier and personally controlled electronic health record initiatives.
