I worked with Katrina on developing my company web site. This was easy, straightforward and delivered exactly what I needed. Katrina really took the time to understand my business and made the whole process relaxed from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Katrina for just over a year now on a project called Social places, helping small local companies with their social media. In the time I have been working with Katrina I have found her to be very dedicated and hard working. In the ever changing world of social media she is always researching ways to improve the courses we deliver and give learners the most up to date information. I first met Katrina when she was a learner on my PTLLS course. She was a natural trainer from the start but it has been a pleasure to see her develop over the past year to become a fab trainer. Since starting the Social places project together we have planned many other social media and training adventures to share with small local businesses.

I began at Indeed We Can when it was full VA Agency working for clients who wanted a social media presence and had neither the time and/or knowledge to do it themselves. Now the business is more geared towards being a Social Marketing Agency however my role has remained the same. The role encompasses: - Planning, drafting, creating, copy writing, scheduling and publishing social media posts across popular social media platforms including the graphics that accompany most posts - Working alongside clients to develop and maintain an ongoing content strategy and providing a simple monthly analysis of social content - Monitoring of social engagement and engaging on behalf of client where appropriate - Working with Mailchimp and Klaviyo to plan, draft, create, write and schedule regular email newsletters - Developing ongoing strategies for posting that aligns with the needs of each client - Working with new clients to set up initial social content strategy and posting schedules

katproductions delivers self-editable websites, social media, business blogging and social media training to small local business. Our websites are great looking and easy to maintain, perfect for small local businesses wishing to have a professional yet welcoming website for their customers. I love my job as I meet so many passionate local firms and their enthusiasm is often infectious! We've worked with so many brilliant local businesses, not only with their websites but also helped many business owners to understand the importance of and how to use social media. Most recently I've worked with Hull based Learning Places in developing and delivering funded 'social media for business' workshops and also developed an accredited Social Media for Small Business Certificate programme.
