I had a great experience working with Katrina on the Global Marketing team at G Adventures. She is a self-driven, confident and creative account manager with the team goal as her ultimate objective. She's also very passionate and radiates positivity. Katrina really hit the ground running at G. Her ability to organise a creative project, engage all stakeholders and keep things moving within a very short time was particuralry impressive. Account Managers can sometimes experience a much steeper learning curve on how to handle these responsibilities in a new organisation, but this process all seemed natural to Katrina. Also, Katrina was always confident and forward in giving her own input. This showed leadership, but also that she cared deeply for the project she was assigned. And it was with this passion and ownership the rest of the project was managed. Her energy was infectious, and created alignment across the teams. Katrina will have a long, successful career in account management and marketing, and will add lots of value to her future company and teams.
