It is with a great enthusiasm that I recommend Katrina in any leadership position she pursues. I have worked closely with Katrina for the past 2.5 years both online and in person. She was one of my star students during the Public Narrative course at Harvard. She is currently one of the outstanding students for the course LOA (Leadership, Organizing, and Action) at Harvard. Her Reflection Papers have been used to model exemplary work to the other leaders in the course. She continuously brings the spirit of "can do" to every team she is part of! I appreciate her due diligence when working with her group members on a collaborative project. In addition her punctuality with any assignment or responsiveness to any correspondence is impeccable. Outside of the Harvard Courses, Katrina and I have worked on the ground with Leadership Organizations such as INP (Institute for Nonprofit Practice). She coached a section of 6 leaders on storytelling. I continue to be impressed by Katrina's ability to model empathy and firmness at the same time. Any one who would like to work with Katrina is absolutely lucky.

It has been a pleasure working with Katrina through the Masters of Indigenous Business in Leadership Program with Monash University. Her level of understanding and deep knowledge of drawing out our experiences through deep reflections is invaluable. Katrina has a way of connecting with people of diverse backgrounds and I highly recommend her for any role or facilitation of programs and/or workshops. I love that people can challenge your thought process and Katrina has definitely done this in my time with her and it has made me see the different perspectives through different lens. I look forward to hopefully working with Katrina again sometime in the near future.

As global leadership development and DEI consultants, the compass of our work is pointed at the powerful call to action reverberating across time to 'be the change we wish to see in the world'. Katrina embodies this as a consultant, as a colleague and as a community leader. As a consultant, she pushes the bounds of our hearts and minds to envision a better future together. She brings in useful frameworks, materials and activities that greatly benefit participants. As a colleague, she has been a great joy to work with- always impeccable in her work, collaborative and thoughtful. As a community leader, she continues to build a larger and more inclusive table for all to share their voice. I highly recommend Katrina as a consultant, facilitator and coach. I look forward to many future collaborations with her, as well!
