Review, process, calculate and approve/deny additions or alterations on residential plans. Review, process, calculate setbacks and approve/deny accessory structures on commercial and residential plans. Review, process, calculate and approve/deny sign applications and site plan. Review, process, calculate, physically measure onsite to ensure proper distances are met and approve/deny TABC applications. Interpret Zoning Ordinance, subdivision regulations, landscaping regulations, and sign regulations answering public inquiries through research of city maps and records. Collect property land use information. Compile information from tax records and property ownership maps. Use MS Office, Teams, and ARC GIS. Serve as back-up for Building Codes Permits.
