Interpret Zoning Ordinance, subdivision regulations, landscaping regulations, and sign regulations answering public inquiries through research of city maps and records. Collect property land use information. Compile information from tax records and property ownership maps. Use MS Office, Teams, and ARC GIS. Serve as back-up for Building Codes Permits.
