Market research: the industry CAGR in the past 5 years exceeded 10%, C-terminal consumption accounted for from 25% to 30%, health has become a decisive purchasing factor, while the industry is experiencing the consumer pursuit of quality brought about by consumer upgrading. Competitive research: to judge competitors' performance by annual reports, online sales and promotional activities, so as to better understand consumers and create differentiated marketing directions. Consumer research: from the different demands of consumers on condiments, we extracted the possible main marketing directions in the future. Questionnaire survey: 200+ valid questionnaires and 16 consumer interviews were collected, based on consumers' usage frequency, concerns, price sensitivity and brand tendency to create questionnaires and provide basis for promotion strategy. Platform research: DouYin and XiaoHongShu were used as the main platforms to visualize the demand and preference portraits of consumers for condiments on DouYin and XiaoHongShu platforms. Show less
