  While working here my job role included the responsibility of maintaining the bar, stock replenishment and ordering waitressing, opening and closing the bar, taking phone orders and mainly customer service. I learnt to read individuals and their mood, as this was a pub where professionals usually came after work to relax, interact or drink peacefully. I learnt to judge if an individual wanted conversation. I worked in a busy environment as a team but also under my own initiative aswell.
