We provided 24/7 health services in the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children, community health centres, child and family centres, schools and in people’s homes. My role was to ensure systems for clinical, professional and corporate governance operated effectively, including accreditation standards, financial and budget management, ensuring business objectives and KPI’s are achieved, risks are managed and resources are used appropriately. I was also the Executive Sponsor for the $50M Expansion of the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children.

I was responsible for ensuring systems for clinical, professional and corporate governance operated effectively, including accreditation standards, financial and budget management, ensuring business objectives and KPI’s are achieved, risks are managed and resources are used appropriately. throughout this period I was also the Executive Sponsor for a number of infrastructure projects that supported the growth of the ACT mental health service system. The role held significant statutory accountability under the Mental Health Act 2015 and the Secure Mental Health Facilities Act 2016.

Including community nursing, maternal and child nursing services, dental services, alcohol and drug services, prison based services and the Community Health intake line. The General Manager was responsible for ensuring systems for clinical and corporate governance operated effectively within the Division, including accreditation standards, financial and budget management, ensuring business objectives and KPI’s are achieved, risks are managed and resources are used appropriately.
