Programma EVA (EPD VUmc & AMC) with its 14,000 users is the biggest IT-project in healthcare in the Netherlands. For this programme I am responsible for preparing the Department of Dermatology, Department of Nephrology, Dieticians and nutrition assistants in the use of the electronic patient file (EPD, named Epic) by:- Guiding the departments via their specialist teams (kernteams) consisting of 6 doctors, 3 nurses, 4 paramedics and 5 administrative workers.- Transfer of knowledge and information between Programma EVA, the kernteams and management.- Guarding the progress and quality as well as acting proactively when confronted with bottlenecks.- Providing guidance during change management, where it is made insightful what the consequences of the implementation of the EPD for the primary care process is.- Acting on signals, needs and wishes from within the organisation as a whole in preparation of the implementation of the EPD.
