Managing and ensuring customer satisfaction in challenging customer situations, when for example flights are cancelled, delayed or overbooked. • Reporting delayed and damaged bag reports. Making sure that the customer is well informed about the next step in this inconvience. • Keeping the airline company and the consumer customer happy by investigating situations thoroughly and creating win win solutions.
