  My work at Silmäasema consists of coordinating logistics in the chain of over 120 stores around Finland and fast growing Silmäasema webshop. In house brands development with suppliers including the whole chain from idea to finished product and organizing the logistics from factory to shops. Day to day work consists of monitoring warehouse balance in warehouses but also in stores. Managing store stocks by working closely with product managers, store managers and store staff. Planning and placing reorders, keeping close contact with domestic and international suppliers is part of my weekly routine.I set up and manage products in Silmäasema webshop, place reorders and and work closely with our digital marketing team and customer service to improve customer experience and satisfaction.From spring 2020 I have participated introduction of Palette Software as Palette Buyer Key User including testing, educating and assisting stores.
