      In my first rotation (January - June 2019) - I worked in the Dispute Resolution Department, in the Business Rescue, Restructuring & Insolvency Law Sector. This rotation exposed me to a considerable number of labour and employment law matters, as a result, I have adequately gained knowledge in drafting and reviewing contracts of employment; drafting legal opinions centered on labour and employment Law issues; drafting pleadings and heads of arguments; collective agreements; alleged non-compliance with the Employment Equity Act; unfair discrimination disputes and unfair dismissals. My third rotation (January – June 2020) was in the Corporate & Commercial Department, specifically in the Mining, Environmental and Regulatory Law Sector. As such, I have been trained and exposed to the registration of prospecting & mining rights; legal compliance; due diligence investigations; environmental impact assessments; legislative drafting and reviews; health & safety; land use; heritage law; water law; administrative appeals and objections. My fourth and final rotation was in the Real Estate Department. As such, I have been trained and exposed to commercial property agreements; commercial and property structuring; due diligence investigations; land use rights; leases; mortgage bonds; notarial work; owners associations; real estate investment trusts; sectional title developments.
