  My first year on law journal I wrote a legislative summary on S.B. 142 which would have provided for the legalization and regulation of sports betting in Georgia. I am currently writing a comment on First Amendment issues with statutes that criminalize and create civil liability for aiding and abetting abortions in the wake of the Dodds decision. I am primarily focusing on speech on the internet.
