Leader, team player, mentor are all words and phrases I would use to describe Katie. Katie is a fantastic coworker and leader. She is not only knowledgeable, but continues to implement best practices to help improve effectiveness, efficiency and company profitability in her daily tasks. She is definitely the type of coworker who is influential and respected by all of her peers. Even while providing exceptional customer service to our company’s biggest client, she is always taking on extra tasks and working to improve company processes. She makes times to answer any and all questions of her coworkers while keeping the company’s Mission, vision and values at the forefront of all of her work. She is not only well respected by her coworkers but from management level as well. The company is always seeking her advice on what and how to continuously improve company process and policy; that are outside of her day to day duties. Katie is punctual, committed, and I can’t express enough, an incredible leader. I am fully confident that she will go above and beyond in any position life takes her.
