I worked with Katie for 6 years at Regency Beauty Institute. She has a unique combination of skills that will greatly benefit for your organization. 1. Strong eye for detail and ability to streamline processes: Katie caught a number of errors the Student Services Specialist team made before students even found out, helping protect their experience and the Specialists' brand. She was also able to create organization out of chaos, especially when it came to processes. 2. Ability to look ahead and plan accordingly: Katie's perspective was highly sought after on task forces, as she was able to think of the effects certain decisions might have. In my own experience working with her, she caught regulation requirements I had overlooked when proposing process changes. 3. Culture Building: Katie is creative and has a knack for bringing people together by planning fun team building activities. The Halloween celebration she planned each year, along with the fund raising at Christmas time for charity, were two of the favorites. I have never worked at an organization where every department, including IT, participated! These events helped create our cultural foundation at Regency, leading to greater morale and high turn over. Very few people have a love for records and regulation, along with a fun loving and creative spirit like Katie does. She will be an asset to you.
