- Collaborate with consumer marketing team on all aspects of website development, including strategy, roadmap, design, development, testing and launch/post-launch management- Create website strategies to grow web traffic metrics, deliver website experiences that drive conversions and other KPIs, and support business needs and goals- Monitor and report on analytics on morebirds.com, and establish KPI goals- Set up and update product pages including content, imagery, pricing and other features to increase SEO and to best set end-user expectations- Continually monitor end-users' experience on morebirds.com- Manage functionality improvements and website optimizations, including app installations- Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with contracted web developer for support that cannot be resolved internally- Work daily with cross-functional teams to monitor and optimize post-order process (inventory, fulfillment, reconciliation and more) for morebirds.com- Participate in promotional planning and analytics promotion results- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites- Ensure the consistency of message and style across the website, keeping everything on-brand, optimized, valuable, up-to-date and differentiated from competitors- Maintain and manage product image library- Partner with Content Marketing Specialist to create product videos- Continuously research online retailers for incorrect product info, imagery, descriptions- Coordinate product photography and lifestyle photography/videography with freelance photographers- Coordinate with the product development team to write product copy- Fulfill both internal and external image requests- Manage SEO keyword optimizations on morebirds.com- Coordinate with third-party marketing agency to ensure that Google Merchant Center account and paid search and paid social ads are all configured correctly
