Katie was a phenomenal manager who demonstrated that being agile was the key to success and working as a team was the leading way to accomplish store-wide success. Not only did she provide mentorship and support to her employees and customers alike, she provided all of the resources and tools for her employees to be successful and grow as individuals. She is very dedicated, passionate and hard-working towards everything she puts her mind to from the well-being of her employers to her customers to her company as a whole. I will always admire Katie and be grateful for her demonstration of quality management.

Katie is the ideal example of somebody who leads by example. She treats her team with respect and fairness while remaining goal oriented and focused. Cultivating individuals and motivating her team to succeed makes Katie the ideal colleague and/or leader.
