  After teaching at several locations in Steamboat, I moved my entire practice to Fusion Fit. As they already had a full class schedule of CrossFit workouts, I added another demographic and revenue stream by offering Restorative Yoga, Yoga Express, Flow Yoga, Spin and Zumba classes.
