During our time together at Illumina, we worked on a Geographic Expansion project which spanned multiple timezones with hundreds of team members. Katie provided her data analytic, presentation, documentation, and reporting skills during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases of the project. The information and insight Katie provided to the project teams was extremely valuable, which allowed members to focus on priority objectives during the three month UAT phase. Katie was a wonderful IT partner as we migrated to and adopted a new, cloud-based Learning Management System (Saba) to support the entire enterprise. She was an integral part of the team (including a 9-month implementation that was delivered on-schedule), ensuring that not only were we properly configured, but that we could operate and optimize the system and user experience to serve a large audience. She program managed updates and enhancements to support various requirements and use cases, with a user base that grew to over 24,000 internal and external users across employees, contractors, customers, partners, & academic relationships. A vital conduit to the larger IT organization and landscape, Katie not only worked within the technology environment to configure the system, she also facilitated agile events and was a vital conduit to the larger IT organization's ecosystem and governance.
