Proficient in CFD analysis using StarCCM+. Mild exposure to CFD++. Supporting certification efforts for STC programs under 14CFR Part 23 and Part 25 airplanes as well as military certification programs. Efforts include working closely with DER's, assessing which regulations are applicable for each modification, and technical report writing. Aircraft structural loads analysis, documentation, and program development to create processes and streamline the process for future programsAerodynamic analysis through first principles, CFD, and Roskam/Raymer/etc methods. Ability to extract results from wind tunnel and flight testing. Technical writing. Clearly documenting analysis process and results, often for certification. Documenting users guides for any large scale computer programs written to expedite analysis. Computer programming (code/script) writing in Matlab, Java, and VBA. Programs have been written to establish processes and streamline future efforts. All programs have been validated and in most cases fully documented. Most programming languages come naturally to me, would love to expand my coding language base. Work closely with DER's and outside consultants to conduct icing analysis, acoustics analysis, and analysis for dynamic aircraft response. Work with subcontractors either to generate analysis not done in-house or to provide data to for further efforts.
