I like to solve problems. Throughout the years, I have discovered that sometimes the answer is just in the way that you look at the problem. From creative ways of writing internal controls, to bringing together major events on a tight schedule, just give me some time and I can make anything happen. I have learned many skills throughout my tenure:-Keeping a busy office together by managing up to sixteen Executives and one VP/General Manager's schedules, meetings and reports.-Be that "go-to" person. Have the answer or be able to get the answer quickly.-Staying cool under pressure so that everything gets done.-Send them all away! Coordinate property travel so that they get there quickly and with minimal hassles.-Keep it all organized. Files, PO's, expenses, contracts, mail, guest comments and more, all need to be processed efficiently and correctly.
