Within this capacity, I own responsibility for guiding strategic and operational management of statutory programme, Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance (CEIAG). In doing so, I provide comprehensive oversight and direction to seven academy departments, ensuring delivery of quality instruction and implementation of appropriate student tracking and management systems. At the same time, I train Early Career Teachers and facilitate induction workshops and ongoing professional development sessions. I also oversee coordination of all programme volunteers and facilitate community outreach activities. I was promoted to this position to provide strategic oversight to operational management of approximately 800 sixth form students. Effectively, I created programmes and curated resources to promote student well-being. I also designed a futures programme that aided students in post-18 pathways and served as point of contact to school volunteers and community partners. Some of my most important contributions include:• Played an integral role in leading the country's largest school-based sixth form to achieve top 5% performance status.• Implemented strategic activities and organisational framework that enables a group of state school students to gain admission in to Oxbridge for medicine.• Pioneered integration of a skills-based programme for sixth study that led to improved student performance across grade.• Took initiative to network with local employers, FE colleges, and HE tutors to bolster efficacy of students' careers programme.• Boosted student achievement by initiating partnerships with Corish Local Authority to provide training to A-Level History Teachers.• Introduced colleagues to effective questioning techniques, active pedagogical practices, and academic references writing.• Organised several residential visits for students, enabling hundreds of student to visit the USA on exchange programmes. Sixth Form Coordinator

In this role, I served as instructional leader in management of sixth form activities while holding concurrent responsibility for preparing and delivering instruction of KS 3, 4, and 5 history students. In doing so, I succeeded in writing the entire curriculum for General Studies and Critical Thinking that increased pass rate of A-C by 17%.
