Within this capacity, I own responsibility for guiding strategic and operational management of statutory programme, Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance (CEIAG). In doing so, I provide comprehensive oversight and direction to seven academy departments, ensuring delivery of quality instruction and implementation of appropriate student tracking and management systems. At the same time, I train Early Career Teachers and facilitate induction workshops and ongoing professional development sessions. I also oversee coordination of all programme volunteers and facilitate community outreach activities. I was promoted to this position to provide strategic oversight to operational management of approximately 800 sixth form students. Effectively, I created programmes and curated resources to promote student well-being. I also designed a futures programme that aided students in post-18 pathways and served as point of contact to school volunteers and community partners. In this role, I served as instructional leader in management of sixth form activities while holding concurrent responsibility for preparing and delivering instruction of KS 3, 4, and 5 history students. In doing so, I succeeded in writing the entire curriculum for General Studies and Critical Thinking that increased pass rate of A-C by 17%.
