I am chiefly responsible for raising and managing the firm’s capital as well as working alongside a cross-section of institutional limited partners with a history of continuity from fund to fund including charitable foundations and endowments, domestic and international family offices, and corporate pension funds. At Halstatt Real Estate Partners, we develop and implement a strategic business and capital improvement plan to boost occupancy and rental rates to generate an attractive return for investors.
