Katie grew her skills in a couple of key areas during this time; Iterative collaboration, and confidence in driving decision making. Both of which were critical to our full-remote way of working. Katie involved engineering, research, stakeholders, and other key areas of the org in her work - ensuring what was created not only had buy-in, but was tackling the right problems at the right scope, minimising hand-offs or rework.
