      · I currently work alongside a team in a fast-paced branch in the Llanelli town centre.       I am currently responsible for a team of 16 Claims Handlers. I must ensure that work is delegated effectively depending on their personal strengths, setting daily deadlines and targets and supporting them through difficult claims. I must hold regular team meetings to keep the team up to date on changes within the company as well as one to one meetings with individuals to discuss their progress. Within my office there are four Team leaders. This role has also enabled me to develop my leadership skills in mentoring any new claims handlers that join the team, sharing the product knowledge and customer service skills I have gained.
