I have had the great privilege of working alongside Katie for more than a year. Rarely have I worked with someone that dedicated and focused on achieving their mission. After having secured a contract of an unprecedented size for Voicentric in 2019, Katie helped me set-up a team of 16 LDRs for a large US based Biotechnology manufacturer. It was a pleasure to see Katie develop her selling skills during that time, but most importantly what Katie demonstrated was an extraordinary ability to deal with conflicting priorities in high-pressure situations. She never lost her cool despite the fast pace environment we operated under and was the soul of the team. Katie will be an asset to any company.

During my time at this establishment, I performed a number of roles. These included working with customers on a face to face basis, whilst maintaining a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that orders were met and prepared to a high-quality standard and dealing with complaints when necessary. I was also involved with new staff training and induction, as well as crucially, the maintaining of the kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness, in line with food safety guidelines and HACCP requirements.
