Katie was managing a group of logistics coordinators (including myself) at Current Health. Her role was extremely challenging considering she was responsible for handling logistics for international pharma studies, meanwhile leading a team and developing a new logistics request form and reporting platform. She was the person to go to when we needed help or guidance and was always open to discuss ideas and suggestions. Katie always kept the team motivated and shared knowledge. I believe she is one of the best managers I ever had, as her people skills are highly developed. I learned a lot about leadership from Katie, anyone would be lucky to have her as a manager.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Katie. Since the day I started at Ooni, she made sure I felt part of the team and was there to help me get up to speed with things. She is great at building relationships within the team as well as with third parties. She was the main contact for the UK and EU warehouses and everyone had a nice thing to say about Katie. Katie project managed the implementation of SAP for the operations team, she used the knowledge she obtained from this project to help me and others make the best use of SAP. She has a solution driven mindset and when something doesn't go as planned she always manages to find an innovative solution around the problem. She encourages the team to reflect on what went wrong and to move forward. She is a real team player, with clear and honest communication skills. Whenever I needed feedback for something I would reach out to Katie as I knew she would give me an honest and constructive feedback. When I started the Green Team, she was the first person to offer help. Her great organisational skills helped her manage both workloads, and she would always deliver things on time and of a very high standard even though the Green Team wasn't the priority. Katie successfully helped with the development of a workplace sustainability audit. Katie is a kind and empathetic individual that will always try and do her best. I was lucky to have her as a colleague and now as a friend.
