Between my second and third year of University, I undertook a placement year with Born in Bradford (BiB), a longitudinal birth cohort study comprised of 13,818 children. Worked as part of a team visiting schools around Bradford administering cognitive, motor skills and wellbeing assessments to over 4,000 children. I then led an independent research project paired with the University of Leeds investigating the impact of socioeconomic status and ethnicity upon child development and wellbeing within the BiB cohort. I presented these findings to lead researchers and professors working at BiB and the University of Leeds. Show less
