I have a passion to help others whether through health and wellness or financial independence. I am blessed to be a Mom to four amazing and incredible kids. Being a SAHM and having the ability to focus on my kids is what brings me joy every day. I love reading, gardening, yoga, green cleaning, meditation, psychology podcasts, true crime podcasts and learning. BK (before kids) I was honored to work with many people in a clinical setting and help my patients through the gift of physical therapy. Positive life changes and striving to reach goals can be uncomfortable and requires us to reach outside of ourselves. Doing life in community with understanding and grace brings happiness and joy to all of us. Setting boundaries and goals enables us to take personal inventory and allows us to reach for the stars.
