While working towards my professional goals, Katie opened doors for me which were previously fastened shut. Through unique projects, responsibility, and guidance, her servant leadership brought me into the Software Engineering and Innovation world I find myself in today. Apart from investing in and caring deeply about her employees she is consistently forbearing in the most difficult situations, remaining a solid foundation for her team to lean on. She possesses the ability to guide wise decisions without pressure, making her a cultivator of peoples' inborn excellence. When I faced difficult decisions, she would ask guiding questions until I suddenly found myself with the clear answer. Her leadership has led to significant innovations on our product which inspire new ideas to this day. I would enthusiastically work for or alongside Katie again in any capacity.

I am honored to give my highest recommendation to my former colleague, Kathryn Anderson. I have worked closely with Ms. Anderson in several Information Technology roles since 2000 and can attest to her exceptional character, talents and skills, and work ethic. Ms. Anderson learns and applies new concepts quickly and accurately increasing her value and reliability to any project she works on. Ms. Anderson's easy going humor and enthusiasm in solving complex problems are great characteristics that made her a strong team member and enjoyable to work with under many circumstances. Many times, under intense deadlines and pressure, I have seen Ms. Anderson work with a strong focus and ability to prioritize tasks and issues to best achieve effective and efficient completion of work goals while engendering and fostering positive rapport among all the people working with her. In summary, Kathryn displays the qualities that make a person successful. She is dependable, motivated, and is in tune with the requirements of her job and most productive approaches to interact with and motivate her team mates. I highly recommend her for any position she determines to pursue.
