Katie was our summer marketing intern at Swimways and I was her direct manager. Katie quickly became an essential part of the marketing team, understanding our objectives and applying her solid marketing skills and can-do attitude to every task she was assigned. Katie is articulate, cooperative, intelligent, motivated, flexible, and learns rapidly. She is able to communicate well with fellow staff, outside agencies, and with customers on social media, and is a warm and friendly person - we still miss her! While she was with us she contributed to the successful release of a new product line, completed an in-depth analysis of a mature product line for the President and VP of Marketing, and managed several social media campaigns to support sell-through at top retailers such as Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, Walmart, and Toys 'R' Us. Katie has a great future ahead of her and I can't wait to hear about what she does next. My only regret is that we couldn't work with her longer!

Katie worked with the Digital Marketing team and the Brand Managers during her 3 months as an intern. She was always professional, a self-starter, very organized, detailed, quick to learn, and organized. She assisted with many advertising campaigns for large retail accounts like Target, Walmart, and Dick's Sporting Goods, helping setup, perform market research, and setup ad targeting. She also designed and launched her own campaigns that generated excellent results with solid CTRs and engagement, as well as managing 3 months of organic content for 3 brands. We were very sad when Katie's tenure were over, and absolutely would hire her again and highly recommend her and her work!
