  Throughout my summer internship at Alex Thu Nguyen's Farmers Insurance Agency, I was able to work to be mentored by Jenny Chan, who specializes in commercial insurance. Throughout my internship, I have learned the basics of insurance such as quoting auto insurance policies, answering phone calls, writing emails, faxing documents through Nextiva, filing claims, and processing payments through the Farmers ECMS system. Jenny Chan is a UC Berkeley HAAS alumni who is currently pursuing a law degree. Throughout my lunch breaks, I was able to talk to Jenny and learn more about our judicial system and more knowledge on how law can be applied to almost every job, just like business. I was able to ask insightful questions about their journey and how I can incorporate their experiences into my life.
