  As a vital member of the Aspect team in my longevity is a testament to my ability to adapt and rise to the situation as it presents. Being with the group for thirteen years I have had the luxury of watching the group transition to its highly regarded position of professionals, and has lifted to all challenges placed in front of me. I have been Design Manager for the company for the past 8 years and do so with the confidence of grass roots understanding brought about from growing up through the ranks. This longevity is supported by my involvement in training many prominent designers which affords her an elevated level of industry respect. As years go by the level of project complexity and subsequent involvement has also increased. This increased level of responsibility has led to numerous roles as Principal Consultant, charged with managing consultancy teams to coordinate uniformity in documentation. A transition which I have embraced. I am a well-rounded professional supported by a team of her piers that have a proven delivery methodology of established deliverables. Show less
