I was truly impressed with Katie's enthusiasm, professional demeanor, positive attitude and willingness to learn in her new job. She assisted in defining and implementing new processes and a new system with our vendor community. It was due to her attention to detail, ability to learn fast, customer service skills and desire to succeed that made her successful in the launch of Global Data Synchronization.
