Scoping, planning and project managing a comprehensive building condition assessment and property maintenance report for the museum building covering 30-year life cycle. The result of this work led to scoping a Master Planning process for the Museum Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver the inaugural Tūranganui-a-Kiwa/ Gisborne Galleries and Studio Guide. Notable achievements in this role:Project Manager of a multi-million dollar WWI permanent gallery establishment project team. Once scoped the team was successful in receiving the largest Lottery WWI Commemorations, Environment and Heritage Committee grant in New Zealand.Project Manager for Moana – My Ocean; a four month large scale, object rich exhibition that saw the greatest attendance of a self-generated show in twenty years. Moana – My Ocean was a finalist in the Museums Aotearoa awards and a finalist in the Project Management Institutes (PMI) Public Sector Project of the year in 2013. Show less
