I am also experienced in urological surgical procedures and can provide nursing care for patients with a nephrectomy, cystectomy, neobladders, ileal conduits, continuous bladder irrigation, HoLEP, TURBT, RRP, bladder slings and retroperitoneal lymph node dissection. I am able to manage multiple drains including JP, pelvic drains, ileal conduits, and foley drains. I am able to provide discharge teaching for patients on the management of their drains including irrigation, cleaning and signs and symptoms that will require an ER visit.
