We pride ourselves on being one of the leading providers of training to businesses across North Wales and the North West and our ability to respond to the growing demand for training ranging from basic skills through to professional development.I started my career in private industry working for one of the UK's top housebuilders in Human Resources and Training and Development. During the 10 years I worked in this industry, I qualified as an NVQ Assessor and further qualifications in learning and development before moving into further education. Working specifically on projects such as ReAct, ProAct, Jobs Growth Wales and Pathways to Apprenticeships I have been able to now put all of my experience together to manage the employer engagement team for Coleg Cambria.
