In my experience working with Katie we cooperatively developed a new website, she was my key point of contact for new communication strategizing and implementation and gave me the freedom to let my expertise and experience do great things for the organization. Katie's biggest strength as a supervisor is her ability to see the strengths in her staff and allow them to take ownership of their positions.
