From February 2013 to January 2014 was a part-time children's mental health case manager in addition to being a licensing coordinator. As a Youth Case Manager I worked to advocate for children and families, link families to needed services, monitored services, and coordinated need services. I was also responsible for writing treatments plans and orchestrating treatment services. During my time as a Youth Case Manager I regularly exceeded standards for monthly client services.In January of 2014 I became a full-time FDCOC. I was responsible for the recruitment, retention, training, and licensing of foster/respite parents in Flathead and Lincoln County. Additionally, I was responsible for the management of the local foster parent program budgets, the local YDI crisis diversion program, local service area agency promotion, and respite services coordination. In March of 2014 I voluntarily stepped in to cover the licensing position in Great Falls/Shelby/Havre in the absence of a worker, and was responsible for all aspects of the licensing coordinator position. Additionally, I was part of a hiring team for the Great Falls licensing position. Lastly, I worked to help train and support all licensing positions across all Youth Dynamics locations. I was responsible for growth in the foster/respite parent program in all service areas covered. Left position due to promotion. Relocated to start and manage new Youth Dynamics location in Missoula, Montana. Show less
