I worked with Katie for 7 years and this time I worked with her to develop her skills and expertise to move from being a high performing Agent, through junior management positions to become a Team Manager. She excelled in people and team management, with a natural ability to connect with others and drive performance through coaching and mentoring. She quickly learned how to take data and use this to identify issues both for individuals and team and use this to prepare plans to bridge the gap and improve overall performance. As a Team Manager, she also used the skills she had learned as an Account Manager, in managing NHS customers directly and taking responsibility for delivery of the contract from the bid, planning, implementation, and operational delivery, Earning the respect and delivering exceptional service to all. Katie is very open, approachable by team members at all levels of the business, and easily fits into any environment. I am sorry to be no longer working with Katie as she was a pleasure to mentor and coach and can wholeheartedly say she will be an exceptionally committed team member in any team.
