  I volunteered with the events department at CCP in Cheltenham and was involved in the planning of a variety of events from treasure hunts and pamper evenings to the well known Cheltenham Challenge and Hamper Scamper Christmas appeal. Through this role I developed a sound knowledge of CCP and what the charity stands for and was able to put my theoretical knowledge of event management into practical use in the planning of small scale and large scale events.
