  Handling inbound calls and email enquiries for an online retailer, my current position involves using backoffice systems and customer service software to provide advice and assistance to customers. The main duties include handling order placement (including over-the-phone orders), returns, troubleshooting technical issues, handling of complaints and product/general enquiries. This role has allowed me to practice my skills in the de-escalation of situations and building rapport with customers to establish a good brand image and ensure all enquiries are brought to a positive and satisfying conclusion.
